CONTRACT FOR SPACE. The contract for space, the formal notification of space assignment and full payment of fees together constitute a contract between the exhibiting organization, hereinafter known as the Exhibitor, and PRO Management, LLC, hereinafter known as Show management, for the right to use space for the Show. The contract is based upon the plan of exhibit rates shown thereon and general information contained in the exposition prospectus and sales kit, all of which are to be considered along with details on all pages of this form as part of the contract. All measurements shown on the floor plan are approximate and Show Management reserves the right to make such modifications as may be deemed to be necessary, making equitable adjust- ment with any exhibitor or exhibitors thereby affected. Show Management also reserves the right to adjust the floor plan to meet the needs of the exposition.
CONTRACT FOR SPACE. By submitting a contract for exhibit space, the applicant releases the Building Owners and Managers Association International (herein, “BOMA”), the Office Building Show LLC (herein, “OBS”), Stamats Communications, Inc. and Stamats Building Media, Inc. (herein, “Stamats”), Show Management Solutions, Inc. (herein, “SMS”), Music City Center (herein “MCC”) and official show contractors from any and all liabilities to applicant, its agents, licensees, or employees that may arise or be asserted as a result of submission of a contract or of participation in this exhibit. Acceptance of a contract does not imply endorsement by OBS of the applicant's products, nor does rejection imply lack of merit of product or manufacturer. OBS has sole right to determine eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in the trade show and retains the right to rescind the contract if the exhibit is deemed to be contrary to the best interests of the show. This contract for space (when endorsed by OBS with notice of space assignment) constitutes a contract for the right to use the space. Dates and times posted subject to change at the discretion of OBS.
CONTRACT FOR SPACE. This application for an exhibit space, the formal notice of space assignment by the Committee, and full payment of rental charges for exhibit space together constitute a contract for the right to exhibit at the ECBCC.
CONTRACT FOR SPACE. The Exhibit Space/Sponsorship Application, the formal notice of booth assignment Multifamilypro, hereinafter referred to as Management. These Rules and Regulations and any subsequent rules and regulations adopted by Management with regard to the Brainstorming event constitute a contract for the right to exhibit/sponsor at the event. All matters regarding these Rules and Regulations and exhibitor's compliance therewith shall be determined by Management in its sole and absolute discretion. Each Exhibitor/Sponsor, for themselves and their employees, agrees to abide by these conditions, it being understood and agreed that the sole control of the exhibit area rests with Management.
CONTRACT FOR SPACE. Deposit of applicant’s check does not constitute contract acceptance. The application for space and the formal notice of assignment by Show Management and the payment of full rental fees constitute a contract for the right to use the space allotted only after it is accepted by Show Management. The NRA may, at its sole discretion, require an Exhibitor to move to a different exhibit space. Reason for such a move may include, but are not limited to: safety concerns; improvement of access, ingress, or egress; accommodation of other exhibitor(s); or the consolidation of unused space. In the event of fire, strikes, rioting, civil disorders or other circumstances making it impracticable, in the sole discretion of Show Management, to operate the Show, this contract shall become null and void.
CONTRACT FOR SPACE. This application for space constitutes a contract for the right to use the space. By submitting an application for exhibit space, the applicant releases ASLA, the Venue, and official show con- tractors from any and all liabilities to the applicant, its agents, licensees, or employees that may arise or be asserted as a result of the submission of an application or of participation in this exhibit. Acceptance of an application does not imply endorsement by ASLA of the applicant’s products, nor does rejection imply lack of merit of product or manufacturer. ASLA has sole right to determine eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in the trade show and retains the right to rescind the contract within 30 days of receipt if the exhibit is deemed to be contrary to the best interests of the show. ASLA has the right to move any Exhibitor’s location in the exhibit hall for any reason. The exhibit area is not carpeted, including aisles; per show management, all booths are required to be carpeted. If carpet is not placed in your booth by 12:00 p.m. on the day prior to the EXPO opening, the carpet will be placed in your booth and you will be responsible for payment of the carpet. Please note the Convention Center has a substantial penalty for damages to the facility floor. A barrier must be placed in your booth under any liquid, stone, sand, brick or plants that will be displayed in your booth space. If the flooring of your booth is raised off of the ground – you are required to place a piece of equipment with 3ft of height on the edge of the corner to help reduce accidents.
CONTRACT FOR SPACE. The application for space and the formal notice of assignment by Expo Management and the payment of full rental fees constitute a contract for the right to use the space allotted. In the event of fire, strikes, rioting, civil disorders or other circumstances making it impossible, in the sole discretion of Expo Management, to operate the Exhibit Hall with due regard for the safety and welfare of exhibitors and visitors, this contract shall become void.
CONTRACT FOR SPACE. The following rules and regulations become binding upon acceptance of this con- tract between the applicant (Exhibitor) and his/her employees and Management. This contract/invoice for exhibit space, the notices of space assignment by Management, and the full payment of rental charges, together constitute a contract for the right to use the space. Total booth/sponsorship cost will be invoiced at signing of the contract and full amount is due upon receipt. Management reserves the right to reassign space assignments if payment is not received. Under no circumstances will exhibitors be permitted to erect booths without full payment made for total space rental. Furthermore, exhibiting companies agree to the terms and conditions of the policies and procedures of Management, and the Convention Center.
CONTRACT FOR SPACE. The Application must be completed and accompanied by the total exhibitor table fee for the number of spaces requested before it will be processed or space assigned. The signed Application and subsequent notice of assignment constitute a contract between the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA) and the exhibitor. Any point not specifically covered is subject to the decision of BCxA, whose decision shall be final. Eligibility to Exhibit: The content of materials displayed in the Exhibit Space must contribute to inform those in the commissioning profession or the built environment and aid in the professional development of our attendees. BCxA reserves the right to refuse any application for exhibit space or curtail or cancel any exhibit that in the sole judgment of the Executive Director are not consistent with the Association. This policy also applies to the nature of displays, advertisements, sales of products (including novelties and souvenirs), and the decorum of exhibitors or their employees. Exhibits cannot be used for politically or ideologically partisan purposes, and are subject to the approval of the BCxA Executive Director or designee. Assignment of Space: Exhibitor tables will be assigned at the discretion of BCxA. BCxA will attempt to assign requested spaces; however, if none of the requested spaces are available, wewill contact you with a space in a comparable location. BCxA reserves the right to alter exhibitor’s assigned location at any time if deemed in the best interests of the Exhibition. BCxA will consult with exhibitor before exercising its discretion. Withdrawal: Cancellations must be made, in writing, no later than August 31, 2020, and refunds will be processed, less a 50% administration fee no later than (5) five business days after receipt of written notice of cancellation. No cancellations or refunds after August 31, 2020. Termination of Meeting and Exhibit: Should the premises in which the Exhibition is to be held become unfit for occupancy, by reason of action of the elements, strike, picketing, boycott, embargo, injunction, war, riot, emergency declared by a government agency, or any other act beyond the control of BCxA, the Application and Contract may be terminated. BCxA will not incur any liability for damages sustained by the exhibitor as a result of such termination. CONTRACT FOR SPACE. Shall be on space contract provided. Applicants are requested to indicate their preference for spaces, starting them in the order of choice. Any amount of exhibit space may be ordered by one company. Applicants who will represent other companies in exhibit space may include a maximum of two (2) companies per each booth. Multi-booth applications will be considered with a single company's products when management considers priority for specific booth spaces***. (When two (2) companies share an exhibit space each must have its own Exhibit Application Contract. A booth share fee is required.) (***Excludes New Market Square Pavilion.)
