Common use of CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT. Exhibitors or their agents shall not injure or deface the walls or floor of the building, the booths or the equipment of the booths. When such damage appears, Exhibitor is liable for the resulting Damages. Nothing may be attached to or supported by any part of the building other than the floor within the confines of the assigned exhibit space.
