CARE OF HIRE GOODS. 5.1 You shall: - 5.1.1 not remove any labels from and/or interfere with the Hire Goods, their working mechanisms or any other parts of them and take reasonable care of the Hire Goods and only use them for their proper purpose in a safe and correct manner in accordance with any operating and/or safety instructions provided or supplied to you; 5.1.2 notify us immediately after any breakdown, loss and/or damage to the Hire Goods. 5.1.3 take adequate and proper measures to protect the Hire Goods from theft, damage and/or other risks. 5.1.4 notify us of any change of your address and upon our request provide details of the location of the Hire Goods. 5.1.5 permit us at all reasonable times to inspect the Hire Goods including procuring access to any property where the Hire Goods are situated. 5.1.6 be responsible for the conduct and cost of any testing, examinations and/or checks in relation to the Hire Goods required by any legislation, best practice and/or operating instructions except to the extent that we have agreed to provide them as part of any Services; WQF 360 Standard Terms and Conditions for Hire v4.0 5.1.7 not continue to use Hire Goods where they have been damaged and will notify us immediately if the Hire Goods are involved in an accident resulting in damage to the Hire Goods, other property and/or injury to any person; 5.1.8 where the Hire Goods require an electrical supply you will ensure that the correct voltage is used and that, where appropriate, the Hire Goods are properly installed by a qualified and competent person; and 5.1.9 ensure that any employees, agents or contractors that operate the Hire Goods are, if applicable, adequately and sufficiently qualified and trained to operate the Hire Goods in accordance with all current and applicable legislation. 5.2 The Hire Goods must be returned by you in good working order and condition, and in a clean condition. The hirer shall protect the equipment from the elements during the time of delivery, use, storage or waiting period before the equipment is collected. The hirer is responsible for insuring the equipment if necessary, from the time of acceptance until returned to our premises. No insurance is provided by the Supplier. The hirer acknowledges responsibility for the equipment and is liable for any damage. 5.1.3 take adequate 6.1.4 Gas appliances should not be used below ground level and proper measures to protect the Hire Goods from theft, damage and/or other risksonly used in a well ventilated area. The Supplier accepts no liability for misuse of gas equipment. 5.1.4 6.1.5 Table linen must not be stored away damp or wet. Damage to the linen resulting from mildew or other stains and burn marks that will not be laundered out will be charged at full replacement cost. 6.1.6 notify us the Supplier of any change of your its address and upon our the Supplier's request provide details of the location of the Hire Goods.; 5.1.5 6.1.7 permit us the Supplier at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to inspect the Hire Goods including procuring access to any property where the Hire Goods are situated.; 5.1.6 6.1.8 keep the Hire Goods at all times in its possession and control and not to remove the Hire Goods from the country where the Customer is located and/or the country where the Supplier is located without the prior written consent of the Supplier; 6.1.9 be responsible for the conduct and cost of any testing, examinations and/or checks in relation to the Hire Goods required by any legislation, best practice and/or operating instructions except to the extent that we have the Supplier has agreed to provide them as part of any Services; WQF 360 Standard Terms and Conditions for ; 6.1.10 not do or omit to do anything which the Customer has been notified will or may be deemed to invalidate any policy of insurance related to the Hire v4.0Goods; 5.1.7 6.1.11 not continue to use Hire Goods where they have been damaged and will notify us the Supplier immediately if the Hire Goods are involved in an accident resulting in damage to the Hire Goods, other property and/or injury to any person;; and 5.1.8 6.1.12 where the Hire Goods require an electrical supply you will fuel, oil and/or electricity ensure that the correct proper type and/or voltage is used and that, where appropriate, the Hire Goods are properly installed by a qualified and competent person; and. 5.1.9 6.1.13 ensure that any employees, agents or contractors that operate the Hire Goods are, if applicable, adequately and sufficiently qualified and trained to operate the Hire Goods in accordance with all current and applicable legislation. 5.2 6.2 The Hire Goods must be returned by you the Customer in good working order and condition, condition (fair wear and tear excepted) and in a clean conditioncondition together with all insurance policies, licences, registration and other documents relating to the Hire Goods. 6.3 All boxes, racks, cartons linen bags are to returned dry and intact. All chemicals Furniture etc. must be removed, and equipment cleaned by a suitable agent, Documentation kept dry. A charge will be suppliedmade for all boxes, racks, cartons and linen bags if they are lost or damaged.

CARE OF HIRE GOODS. 5.1 You shall: - 5.1.1 not remove 16.1. The Customer shall be obliged to notify the Company of any labels from and/or interfere with the Hire Goods, their working mechanisms defects or any other parts of them and take reasonable care of deficiencies in the Hire Goods which are, or which become apparent, and/or are notified to the Customer by the operator, immediately by the quickest practical method and only shall be confirm such report in writing forthwith. In such event the Customer shall cease using the Hire Goods forthwith failing which the Customer shall be liable for the agreed hire rate and for the loss or damage, including consequential loss or damage sustained by the Company arising out of such continued use them for their proper purpose in a safe and correct manner in accordance with any operating and/or safety instructions provided or supplied to you; 5.1.2 notify us immediately after any breakdown, loss and/or damage to of the Hire Goods. 5.1.3 16.2. If the Customer fails to notify the Company of any breakdown to the Hire Goods caused by defect in the Hire Goods in terms of this clause then the Customer shall not be entitled to any reduction in the Hire Rate. 16.3. If the Hire Goods do become affixed to any land or building then the Hire Goods must be returned capable of being removed without material injury to such land or building and the Customer shall repair and make good any damage caused by you the affixation or removal of the Hire Goods from any land or building and indemnify the Supplier against all losses, costs or expenses incurred as a result of such affixation or removal; must take all necessary steps to ensure that the Supplier may enter such land or building and recover the Hire Goods both during the term of the Contract and for a reasonable period thereafter, including by procuring from any person having an interest in good working order and conditionsuch land or building, a waiver in writing and in favour of the Supplier of any rights such person may have or acquire in the Hire Goods and a clean condition. CARE OF HIRE GOODS. 5.1 You 6.1 The Customer shall: -: 5.1.1 6.1.1 not remove any labels from and/or interfere with the Hire Goods, their working mechanisms or any other parts of them and shall take reasonable care of the Hire Goods and only use them for their proper purpose in a safe and correct manner in accordance with any operating and/or safety instructions provided or supplied to youthe Customer; 5.1.2 6.1.2 notify us the Supplier immediately after any breakdown, loss and/or damage to the Hire Goods.; 5.1.3 6.1.3 take adequate and proper measures to protect the Hire Goods from theft, damage and/or other risks.; 5.1.4 6.1.4 notify us the Supplier of any change of your its address and upon our the Supplier’s request provide details of the location of the Hire Goods.; 5.1.5 6.1.5 permit us the Supplier at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to inspect the Hire Goods including procuring access to any property where the Hire Goods are situated.; 5.1.6 6.1.6 keep the Hire Goods at all times in its possession and control and not to remove the Hire Goods from the country where the Customer is located and/or the country where the Supplier is located without the prior written consent of the Supplier; 6.1.7 be responsible for the conduct and cost of any testing, examinations and/or checks in relation to the Hire Goods required by any legislation, best practice and/or operating instructions except to the extent that we have the Supplier has agreed to provide them as part of any Services; WQF 360 Standard Terms and Conditions for ; 6.1.8 not do or omit to do anything which the Customer has been notified will or may be deemed to invalidate any policy of insurance related to the Hire v4.0Goods; 5.1.7 6.1.9 not continue to use Hire Goods where they have been damaged and will notify us the Supplier immediately if the Hire Goods are involved in an accident resulting in damage to the Hire Goods, other property and/or injury to any person;; and 5.1.8 6.1.10 where the Hire Goods require an electrical supply you will fuel, oil and/or electricity ensure that the correct proper type and/or voltage is used and that, where appropriate, the Hire Goods are properly installed by a qualified and competent person; and 5.1.9 ensure that any employees, agents or contractors that operate the Hire Goods are, if applicable, adequately and sufficiently qualified and trained to operate the Hire Goods in accordance with all current and applicable legislation. 5.2 6.2 The Hire Goods must be returned by you the Customer in good working order and condition, condition (fair wear and tear excepted) and in a clean condition. All chemicals must be removedcondition together with all insurance policies, licences, registration and equipment cleaned by a suitable agent, Documentation will be suppliedother documents relating to the Hire Goods.
