Common use of Care of Work Clause in Contracts

Care of Work. CONTRACTOR must adopt reasonable methods during the life of the Agreement to furnish continuous protection to the work, and the equipment, materials, papers, documents, plans, studies and other components to prevent losses or damages, and will be responsible for all damages, to persons or property, until acceptance of the work by the CITY, except those losses or damages as may be caused by the CITY’s own negligence.

Care of Work.
