If the employee, despite all efforts, fails to acquire the required competencies, knowledge, skills and behaviour, or if it is better for the employee’s sustainable employability to take up another position, the employee and the employer will jointly seek a solution. In the assessment, the level of performance is at least as important as complying with certificate requirements.
