Common use of Career Counseling Clause in Contracts

Career Counseling. The Director of Human Resources will, upon request, meet with an APT member to discuss current and/or future career possibilities, and the additional training required to prepare the APT member for professional advancement. The Director of Human Resources may refer the APT member to other sources for additional counseling.
