Career Service Recognition Payment: An Instructional. Program Supervisor with twelve (12) years of service in the District, giving one-month notice of severance or retirement, shall receive a $1,000 Career Service Payment for each year of service in the District up to a maximum individual payment of $30,000 to the Instructional Program Supervisor's Health Care Saving Plan (HCSP), no later than sixty (60) days following severance.
