School District Review. The School District reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the School District or its representative notify the parties of its intention to review within ten (10) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the School District reviews a grievance under this Section, the School District reserves the right to affirm, reverse or modify such decision and at the option of the School District, a committee or representative(s) of the district may be designated by the School District to hear the appeal at this level, and report its findings and recommendations to the School District. The School District shall then render its decision.

  • School District For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.

  • Department Review The parties shall resolve disputes through written submission of their dispute to the Department’s Contract Manager. The Department shall respond to the dispute in writing within ten (10) Business Days from the date that the Department’s Contract Manager receives the dispute. The Department’s decision shall be final unless a party provides the other party with written notice of the party’s disagreement with the decision within ten (10) Business Days from the date of the Department’s decision. If a party disagrees with the Department’s decision, the party may proceed to subsection (b) below.
