Carry on Baggage a. All carry-on baggage must be stowed in an overhead bin or placed completely under the passenger seat directly in front of the Passenger. Carry-on baggage is the sole responsibility of the Passenger. Claims for lost, forgotten, or stolen carry-on baggage will not be accepted by Carrier, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Carry on Baggage x. Xxxxxxxx Airlines Carry-on-Baggage Program allows for one small carry-on bag plus one personal item per Passenger as long as the carry-on-bag fits comfortably in the sizer without being forced and does not exceed overall dimensions of 45 inches (length + width + height).

  • Carry Over (a) Where in any vacation year an employee has not been granted all the vacation leave credited to him, the unused portion of his vacation leave shall be carried over.

  • Payment for Reactive Power NYISO shall pay Developer for reactive power or voltage support service that Developer provides from the Large Generating Facility in accordance with the provisions of Rate Schedule 2 of the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Vacation Carry Over (a) A regular employee may carry over up to five (5) days vacation leave per year except that such vacation carryover shall not exceed ten (10) days at any time. An employee shall not receive pay in lieu of vacation time, except upon retirement or termination. All vacation time not requested for scheduling or carryover by three (3) months prior to the end of the vacation year will be scheduled by the Employer following consultation with the employee.

  • Registered Office and Registered Agent The street address of the registered office of the Company in the State of Delaware shall be as selected by the Board. The Board may elect to change the registered office and the registered agent of the Company at any time.

  • Corporate Power The Company has all requisite corporate power to execute and deliver this Agreement and to carry out and perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Existing utilities and roads Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Concessionaire shall ensure that the respective entities owning the existing roads, right of way or utilities on, under or above the Site are enabled by it to keep such utilities in continuous satisfactory use, if necessary, by providing suitable temporary or permanent diversions with the authority of the controlling body of that road, right of way or utility, and the Authority shall, upon written request from the Concessionaire, initiate and undertake at the Concessionaire’s cost, legal proceedings for acquisition of any right of way necessary for such diversion.
