Common use of Cash Access Clause in Contracts

Cash Access. With your PIN, you may use the Card to obtain cash from any Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) or any Point-of- Sale (“POS”) device, as permissible by a merchant, that bears the Visa®, Interlink®, Plus® or STAR® Acceptance Xxxx. All ATM transactions are treated as cash withdrawal transactions. You may use the Card at an ATM or withdraw funds at any PLS Check Cashers store. Any funds withdrawn from a POS device will be subject to the maximum amount that can be spent on the Card per day. These are our limits associated with withdrawing cash: TRANSACTION TYPE FREQUENCY AND/OR DOLLAR LIMITS Cash Withdrawal (ATM)* 5 times per calendar day, up to $410.00 per transaction, up to $410.00 per calendar day Cash Back at POS* Subject to daily PIN purchase limits. See “Using The Card/ Features” section. Cash Withdrawal (at a PLS Check Cashers store) Unlimited times per day, up to the available Card Account balance.
