Common use of Casual Rates of Pay Clause in Contracts

Casual Rates of Pay. 13.1 If you are a casual Employee, you are paid a 20% casual loading (which has been included in the Ordinary Rates of Pay set out in the Schedule for casual Employees) in lieu of entitlement to a number of clauses as specified throughout this Agreement. The following Clauses do not apply to casual Employees:
