The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the same meaning as those terms in the HIPAA Rules: Breach, Covered Entity, Data Aggregation, Designated Record Set, Disclose or Disclosure, Electronic Protected Health Information, Health Care Operations, Minimum Necessary, Notice of Privacy Practices, Protected Health Information or PHI, Required By Law, Secretary, Security Incident, Subcontractor, Unsecured Protected Health Information, and Use. Other capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed in the HIPAA Rules.
