Minimum specifications require that rock be placed at a width of one culvert diameter on each side of the culvert inlet, and to a height of one culvert diameter above the top of the culvert. Rock may not restrict the flow of water into culvert inlets or catch basins. Placement must be with a zero-drop-height only.

CATCH BASINS. SAMPLE Purchasers are advised that a catch basin and associated leads are installed in the lot and that it will be the responsibility of the Owner of the lot to maintain in a good state of repair the catch basins and leads and to maintain them in a functioning capacity and free and clear or all obstructions. Purchasers acknowledge that the catch basin is designed to accept drainage from the lot and adjacent lots and that the grading is not to be altered in any way so as to adversely affect the drainage pattern of the surrounding lots. Where the Purchaser alters drainage, the Municipality shall have the right to enter the property to correct the grading and the costs of such work, including an administrative fee, shall be billed to the Purchaser and may, if not paid, be recovered in a like manner as taxes.
