CATEGORIES FOR CONSIDERATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES. When performing functions that fall under the following Environmental categories on BellSouth’s Premises, KMC Telecom agrees to comply with the applicable sections of the current issue of BellSouth's Environmental and Safety Methods and Procedures (M&Ps), incorporated herein by this reference. KMC Telecom further agrees to cooperate with BellSouth to ensure that KMC Telecom's employees, agents, and/or subcontractors are knowledgeable of and satisfy those provisions of BellSouth’s Environmental M&Ps which apply to the specific Environmental function being performed by KMC Telecom, its employees, agents and/or subcontractors. The most current version of reference documentation must be requested from BellSouth.
