CATEGORIES FOR CONSIDERATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES. 2.1 When performing functions that fall under the following Environmental categories on BellSouth’s Premises, ACCESS Integrated agrees to comply with the applicable sections of the current issue of BellSouth's Environmental and Safety Methods and Procedures (M&Ps), incorporated herein by this reference. ACCESS Integrated further agrees to cooperate with BellSouth to ensure that ACCESS Integrated's employees, agents, suppliers and/or Guests are knowledgeable of and satisfy those provisions of BellSouth’s Environmental M&Ps, which apply to the specific Environmental function being performed by ACCESS Integrated, its employees, agents, suppliers, and/or Guests.

ACCESS Integrated further agrees to cooperate with BellSouth to ensure that ACCESS Integrated's employees, agents, suppliers and/or Guests are knowledgeable of and satisfy those provisions of BellSouth’s Environmental M&Ps, M&Ps which apply to the specific Environmental function being performed by ACCESS Integrated, its employees, agents, suppliers, suppliers and/or Guests.
