CATEGORIES FOR CONSIDERATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES. When performing functions that fall under the following Environmental categories on BellSouth’s Premises, CLEC-1 agrees to comply with the applicable sections of the current issue of BellSouth's Environmental and Safety Methods and Procedures (M&Ps), incorporated herein by this reference. CLEC-1 further agrees to cooperate with BellSouth to ensure that CLEC-1's employees, agents, and/or subcontractors are knowledgeable of and satisfy those provisions of BellSouth’s Environmental M&Ps which apply to the specific Environmental function being performed by CLEC-1, its employees, agents and/or subcontractors. The most current version of reference documentation must be requested from BellSouth.
