Common use of Category IB Clause in Contracts

Category IB. These Category IB lands comprise an area of one hundred and four decimal thirty-four square miles (104.34 sq.mi.) and are situated in the south part of Category I lands, as described above; the north boundary of this territory is a straight line close to parallel 52' 1 1' north; the boundaries east, south and west are the boundaries described in the territorial description of Category I lands already mentioned; this area excludes the twenty-four decimal nine square miles (24.9 sq.mi.) of Category IB Special lands situated north of Eastmain River.

These Category IB lands comprise cover an area of one hundred and four decimal thirtyeighty-four nine point six square miles (104.34 89.6 sq.mi.) ), and are situated in south of the south part of Category I lands, as described aboveBroadback River; the boundary north boundary of this territory is a straight line close to parallel 52latitude 51' 1 116' northapproximately; the boundaries east, south and west boundaries are the boundaries described outlined in the territorial description of Category I lands already mentionedmentioned above; this area excludes the twenty-four decimal nine three square miles (24.9 24.3 sq.mi.) of Special Category IB Special lands situated north of Eastmain Rupert River.

These Category IB lands comprise cover an area of one hundred and four eighty-nine decimal thirty-four six square miles (104.34 sq.mi89.6 sq. mi.) ), and are situated in south of the south part of Category I lands, as described aboveBroadback River; the boundary north boundary of this territory is a straight line close to parallel 52' 1 1' northlatitude 51° 16" approximatively; the boundaries east, south and west boundaries are the boundaries described the outlined in the territorial description of Category I lands already mentionedmentioned above; this area excludes the twenty-four decimal nine three square miles (24.9 sq.mi24.3 sq. mi.) of Special Category IB Special lands situated north of Eastmain Rupert River.
