Category Movements. If an Administrator is moved across or down from one category to another, he/she will not be reduced in step as a result of the transfer. If an Administrator is moved up from one category to another, that Administrator will be placed on a step that would pay a salary increase of not less than .045% of the previous salary for every category raised.
