Catering Services. All food and beverages must be supplied by and consumed at the Everett Golf & Country Club. Due to Health Department regulations, any remaining food items cannot be removed from the premises with- out the signing of a waiver. This policy applies to all perishable foods, including entrées for guaranteed number of guests unable to attend. All buffets are scheduled for a 90 minute time-span in order to keep food fresh and temperature controlled. It is permitted that events bring in dessert, so long as it is provided by a licensed business. All Washington Liquor Control Laws will be strictly enforced. Everett Golf & Country Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Washington State Liquor Regulations prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone other than members and their Sponsored guests. No liquor will be served to minors and an identification card will be required for all beverages. If a situation occurs that could, in any way, jeopardize the Club’s Liquor License, the on-duty manager is permitted to close the banquet bar at any time. All bar service will end a half-hour before the events’ ending time, or 11:30 at the latest. Only if you are required by Washington State Liquor Laws to bring in your own liquor to the Everett Golf & Country Club may you do so by obtaining a Banquet Permit or Special Event Permit. IF this is required, you will be responsible for Labor and Corkage Fees from the Everett Golf & Country Club. Ad- ditionally, you must deliver and take home the liquor yourself. MENU SELECTION: A catered menu is required for bookings of 15 or more persons. You may choose to order from one of our menus or you may create your own with the help of our Catering Director. Your menu selection must be communicated to the Catering Department no later than two weeks in advance of your event. If your menu selection is not received in this time, the Everett Golf & Country Club reserves the right to determine all or part of your menu for you. If a date is booked less than two weeks out, the menu and details must be confirmed one week prior to your event. Ad- ditionally, should a party elect to offer two or more entrée selections, the party is then responsible for providing place cards for the tables that indicate each individual’s meal selection, as well as providing a guaranteed number for each entrée at least one week in advance. Once a meal and timeline have been selected, the Catering Coordinator will send you a finalized Event Order, which will outline all details of your event including timeline, menu choices, and beverage se- lections. This Event Order must be signed and returned to the Catering Coordinator three (3) days be- fore your event as an agreement that all of the outlined details are correct.
