Event Fee. For the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, the Operator shall be compensated as specified in the Quote Proposal (the “Event Fee”). The final Event Fee will be determined at the Payment Deadline based on the total number of recipients who received gift boxes as referenced in the Address Submission Template. The Quote Proposal is valid for +/- 50% of quoted number of participants. At the Payment Deadline, if the number of participants changes above fifty (50%) percent of the quoted Event Fee, a new proposal will be provided and CBT does not guarantee its ability to render Services above the 50%.

Event Fee. (a) The Licensee shall pay the Event Fee together with duties and taxes that may be imposed by the revenue authorities strictly in accordance with the time and manner set out in the Payment Schedule. Event Fee. 4.1 The Event Fee is as set out in the Exhibition Prospectus and is indicative only. 4.2 The Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that the Event Fee may increase at the time of invoicing from the amount set out in the Exhibition Prospectus, Exhibition Application Form and/or the Exhibition Confirmation Form. Notwithstanding this potential variation, the Exhibitor agrees to pay the Event Fee as invoiced and any increase remains the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor. 4.3 The Exhibitor agrees make the Payments in accordance with this Agreement. 4.4 Upon receipt of the Exhibition Confirmation Form, the Organiser will issue an invoice for 50% of the Event which must be paid within ten (10) days of the invoice date. 4.5 The balance of the Event Fee is payable by the Exhibitor to the Organiser on or before 14 January 2021.

Event Fee. In consideration for the rights granted by Owner under this Agreement, Organizer agrees to pay the "Event Fee" to "Payee" at the address and pursuant to the payment schedule, all as set forth on Exhibit A. If the Event Fee, or any portion thereof, is not paid within ten (10) days of when due, the unpaid balance of all, or the then due portion, of the Event Fee will be assessed a service fee of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month to the extent allowed by law. Owner will have the right to suspend and/or terminate the Services and Organizer’s access to the Premises if Organizer fails to timely pay Payee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If it becomes necessary for Owner to remove any or all Event Elements and/or other personal property of Organizer from the Premises as a result of Organizer's default, Organizer shall reimburse Owner for all reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith upon fifteen (15) days' written notice. If Organizer fails to satisfy the obligations required to gain access to the Premises as provided in Sections 4A, 4B and 4C of this Agreement, Organizer shall not be relieved of its obligation to pay the Event Fee.
