Event Fee. In consideration for the User’s use of the Facilities pursuant to this Agreement, the User shall pay the College the Facilities Use Fee, in the amount(s) and according to the schedule on the attached Exhibit B, by checks made payable to the College and delivered to: Piedmont Virginia Community College 000 Xxxxxxx Xx. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 Attn: Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services 7. Authorized Uses: DESCRIBE USES WITH SPECIFICITY AND IN DETAIL HERE. INCLUDE PURPOSE OF EVENT, EQUIPMENT NEEDED, CHARGE FOR ATTENDEES, FOOD SERVICE PROVISIONS, ETC.
Event Fee. For the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, the Operator shall be compensated as specified in the Quote Proposal (the “Event Fee”). The final Event Fee will be determined at the Payment Deadline based on the total number of recipients who received gift boxes as referenced in the Address Submission Template. The Quote Proposal is valid for +/- 50% of quoted number of participants. At the Payment Deadline, if the number of participants changes above fifty (50%) percent of the quoted Event Fee, a new proposal will be provided and CBT does not guarantee its ability to render Services above the 50%.
Event Fee. Event Fee. (a) The Licensee shall pay the Event Fee together with duties and taxes that may be imposed by the revenue authorities strictly in accordance with the time and manner set out in the Payment Schedule.
(b) Without limiting the generality of Clause 3.1(a), the Event Fee is exclusive of GST. All GST in respect of the Event Fee shall be borne and paid by the Licensee.
Event Fee. Client agrees to pay University a fixed fee of $ 0000.00. All applicable local, state, and federal taxes will be charged to Client. Additional personnel charges as required.
Event Fee. This agreement will not take effect and the booking will not be secured until half the total event fee due is received; the balance of this fee must be paid in full three calendar months before the event; we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your part payment if the event fee is not paid in full by the due date. If you make a booking with us and subsequently decide to cancel we will refund a percentage of your fee as set out below: More than six calendar months before the event – 100% More than five calendar months before the event - 80% More than four calendar months before the event – 60% More than three calendar months before the event – 40% Less than three calendar months before the event – 0%
Event Fee. 4.1 The Event Fee is as set out in the Exhibition Prospectus and is indicative only.
4.2 The Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that the Event Fee may increase at the time of invoicing from the amount set out in the Exhibition Prospectus, Exhibition Application Form and/or the Exhibition Confirmation Form. Notwithstanding this potential variation, the Exhibitor agrees to pay the Event Fee as invoiced and any increase remains the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.
4.3 The Exhibitor agrees make the Payments in accordance with this Agreement.
4.4 Upon receipt of the Exhibition Confirmation Form, the Organiser will issue an invoice for 50% of the Event which must be paid within ten (10) days of the invoice date.
4.5 The balance of the Event Fee is payable by the Exhibitor to the Organiser on or before 14 January 2021.
Event Fee. The cost to the Renter for the reservation and use of the Facilities is $ ; payable as follows:
Event Fee. In consideration for the rights granted by Owner under this Agreement, Organizer agrees to pay the "Event Fee" to "Payee" at the address and pursuant to the payment schedule, all as set forth on Exhibit A. If the Event Fee, or any portion thereof, is not paid within ten (10) days of when due, the unpaid balance of all, or the then due portion, of the Event Fee will be assessed a service fee of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month to the extent allowed by law. Owner will have the right to suspend and/or terminate the Services and Organizer’s access to the Premises if Organizer fails to timely pay Payee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If it becomes necessary for Owner to remove any or all Event Elements and/or other personal property of Organizer from the Premises as a result of Organizer's default, Organizer shall reimburse Owner for all reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith upon fifteen (15) days' written notice. If Organizer fails to satisfy the obligations required to gain access to the Premises as provided in Sections 4A, 4B and 4C of this Agreement, Organizer shall not be relieved of its obligation to pay the Event Fee.
