Common use of CB Certificate Clause in Contracts

CB Certificate. Following the redemption of all the CB in full pursuant to this CB Condition 13, the CB shall be cancelled forthwith, and all CB Certificate(s) in respect of the CB pursuant to this CB Condition 13 shall, subject to CB Condition 6.7, be surrendered to the Issuer and shall be destroyed, and the XX Xxxxxx'x name shall be removed from the CB Register in respect of the CB redeemed pursuant to this CB Condition 13.

CB Certificate. (a) Following the redemption of all or such part of the CB in full pursuant to this CB Condition 1312, the CB so redeemed shall be cancelled forthwithforthwith and may not be re-issued or re-sold, and all the CB Certificate(s) in respect of the CB redeemed pursuant to this CB Condition 13 12 shall, subject to CB Condition 6.7, be surrendered to the Issuer and shall be destroyed, and the XX Xxxxxx'x name shall be removed from the CB Register in respect of the CB redeemed pursuant to this CB Condition 1312.

CB Certificate. (a) Following the redemption conversion of all or such part of the CB in full pursuant to this CB Condition 138, the CB so converted shall be cancelled forthwithforthwith and may not be re-issued or re-sold, and all the CB Certificate(s) in respect of the CB converted pursuant to this CB Condition 13 8 shall, subject to CB Condition 6.7, be surrendered to the Issuer and shall be destroyed, and the XX Xxxxxx'x name shall be removed from the CB Register in respect of the CB redeemed converted pursuant to this CB Condition 138.

CB Certificate. Following the redemption of all the CB in full pursuant to this CB Condition 1311, the CB shall be cancelled forthwith, and all CB Certificate(s) in respect of the CB pursuant to this CB Condition 13 11 shall, subject to CB Condition 6.7, be surrendered to the Issuer and shall be destroyed, and the XX Xxxxxx'x name shall be removed from the CB Register in respect of the CB redeemed pursuant to this CB Condition 1311.
