CDC Staffing. No CDC employees will devote 100% of their effort or time to the research and development activities under this CRADA. CDC will not use funds provided by Collaborator under this CRADA for CDC personnel to pay the salary of any permanent CDC employee. Although personnel hired by CDC using CRADA funds will focus principally on CRADA research and development activities, Collaborator acknowledges that these personnel may nonetheless make contributions to other research and development activities, and the activities will be outside the scope of this CRADA.
