Cement finisher. Except for hours where a rest period is already provided for under Subsection 1) a), any such employee shall be entitled to a 10-minute rest period for each hour he is assigned to work using material containing noxious and corrosive epoxy. When cement is being poured, the employer shall grant the employee his rest period, which shall be taken in turns by the employees assigned to such work.
