Common use of Central Advisory Health and Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Central Advisory Health and Safety Committee. The Union will elect one (1) representative to serve as a member of the Central Advisory Health and Safety Committee and any other Environmental Health and Safety Committee which may be formed in the future. The employee who is a member of the Central Advisory Environmental Health and Safety Committee is entitled to be absent without loss of pay to attend committee meetings.
