Institutional and Retail Sales You authorize the Manager to sell to institutions and retail purchasers such Securities purchased by you pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement as the Manager will determine. The Selling Concession on any such sales will be credited to the accounts of the Underwriters as the Manager will determine.
UNION ORGANIZING The Grantee, by signing this Grant Agreement, hereby acknowledges the applicability of Government Code sections 16645 through 16649 to this Grant Agreement. Furthermore, the Grantee, by signing this Grant Agreement, hereby certifies that:
A. No State funds disbursed by this Grant Agreement will be used to assist, promote, or deter union organizing.
B. The Grantee shall account for State funds disbursed for a specific expenditure by this Grant Agreement to show those funds were allocated to that expenditure.
C. The Grantee shall, where State funds are not designated as described in (b) above, allocate, on a pro rata basis, all disbursements that support the program.
D. If the Grantee makes expenditures to assist, promote, or deter union organizing, the Grantee will maintain records sufficient to show that no State funds were used for those expenditures and that the Grantee shall provide those records to the Attorney General upon request.
Non-Medical, Personalized Services The Practice shall also provide Members with the following non-medical services:
Liability for Acts and Omissions of Foreign Subcustodians The Custodian shall be liable to a Fund for any loss or damage to such Fund caused by or resulting from the acts or omissions of any Foreign Subcustodian to the extent that, under the terms set forth in the subcustodian agreement between the Custodian or a Domestic Subcustodian and such Foreign Subcustodian, the Foreign Subcustodian has failed to perform in accordance with the standard of conduct imposed under such subcustodian agreement and the Custodian or Domestic Subcustodian recovers from the Foreign Subcustodian under the applicable subcustodian agreement.
STATE HELD HARMLESS The Contractor agrees to indemnify, defend, and save harmless the State, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims and losses accruing or resulting to any and all contractors, subcontractors, material men, laborers and other persons, firm or corporation furnishing or supplying work, services, articles, or supplies in connection with the performance of this Agreement, and from any and all claims and losses accruing or resulting to any person, firm or corporation who may be injured or damaged by the Contractor in the performance of this Agreement.
Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System
1. request access to CMBHS via the CMBHS Helpline at (000) 000-0000.
2. use the CMBHS time frames specified by System Agency.
3. use System Agency-specified functionality of the CMBHS in its entirety.
4. submit all bills and reports to System Agency through the CMBHS, unless otherwise instructed.
LANCASTER COUNTY, NEBRASKA Contract Approved as to Form:
Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Subrecipient during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Subrecipient.
Hospice Individuals whose permanent residence and principal work location are outside the State of Minnesota and outside of the service areas of the health plans participating in Advantage. If these individuals use the plan administrator’s national preferred provider organization in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two. If a national preferred provider is not available in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two through any other provider available in their area. If the national preferred provider organization is available but not used, benefits will be paid at the POS level described in paragraph “i” below. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits will apply.
Political Activity Prohibited None of the funds, materials, property or services provided directly or indirectly under the Agreement shall be used for any partisan political activity, or to further the election or defeat of any candidate for public office.
