Common use of Certain Tenant Covenants Clause in Contracts

Certain Tenant Covenants. Tenant covenants during the Lease Term and for such further time as Tenant occupies any part of the Premises: (A) To pay when due all Annual Fixed Rent and Additional Rent. (B) To pay all reasonable costs, including attorneys’ and other fees incurred by Landlord in connection with the enforcement by Landlord of any obligations of Tenant under this Lease or in connection with any bankruptcy case involving Tenant or any guarantor.
