Taxes on Personal Property. In addition to, and wholly apart from its obligation to pay Tenant’s Proportionate Share of Operating Costs and Impositions, Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay, prior to delinquency, any taxes imposed upon, levied with respect to or assessed against Tenant’s Personal Property, or the value of the Tenant Improvements, or any other tax, charge, levy or fee imposed in substitution therefor. To the extent that any such taxes are not separately assessed and billed to Tenant, but are reasonably allocable to Tenant and billed to Landlord, Tenant shall pay the amount thereof as invoiced to Tenant by Landlord.
Taxes on Personal Property. In addition to and wholly apart from its obligation to pay Tenant’s Proportionate Share of Basic Operating Costs and Tenant’s Proportionate Share of Property Taxes, Tenant shall be responsible for, and shall pay prior to delinquency, all taxes or governmental service fees, possessory interest taxes, fees or charges in lieu of any such taxes, capital levies, and any other charges imposed upon, levied with respect to. or assessed against Xxxxxx’s personal property, and on its interest pursuant to this Lease. To the extent that any such taxes are not separately assessed or billed to Tenant, Tenant shall pay the amount thereof as invoiced to Tenant by Landlord.
Taxes on Personal Property. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease, Tenant shall pay the full amount of any increase in Real Property Taxes during the Term resulting from any and all Alterations of any kind whatsoever placed in, on or about the Premises for the benefit of, at the request of, or by Tenant. Tenant shall pay prior to delinquency all taxes assessed or levied against Tenant’s Personal Property in, on or about the Premises. When possible, Tenant shall cause its Personal Property to be assessed and billed separately from the real or personal property of Landlord.
Taxes on Personal Property. Buyer shall pay all taxes and assessments, extraordinary as well as ordinary, that may be levied on any Personal Property which become due after the Closing Date and which arise from actions of Buyer or Buyer’s ownership of the Personal Property on or after the Closing; provided that Seller shall pay as and when the same become due in the ordinary course, for all taxes upon Personal Property that arise from Seller’s ownership of the Personal Property up to the Closing and which may be due on, before, or after the Closing Date. Current personal property taxes shall be prorated and adjusted between the Parties as of the Closing Date on a due date basis on the assumption that such taxes are paid in advance.

To the extent that any such taxes are not separately assessed and billed to Tenant, Tenant shall pay the amount thereof as invoiced to Tenant by Landlord. Tenant shall have the right, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, by appropriate proceedings authorized by any law, to contest or review the amount or validity of all such amounts, to the extent the same do not give rise to a lien on the Building or the Leased Premises or any improvements therein or fixtures thereto.
Taxes on Personal Property. Sublessee shall pay, prior to delinquency, all taxes levied upon fixtures, furnishings, equipment, and all other personal property belonging to Sublessee and placed on, or used in connection with Xxxxxxxxx's use of, the Property (“Sublessee's Property”). In the event and to the extent any of Sublessee's fixtures, furnishing, equipment and other personal property shall be at any time assessed and taxed with the Property, Sublessee shall: (a) pay to Sublessor its share of such taxes within ten (10) days after delivery to Sublessee by Sublessor of a statement in writing setting forth Sublessee's share of such taxes based on reasonable allocation thereof to Sublessee's property; and (b) diligently and in good faith proceed to cause Xxxxxxxxx’s Property to be assessed and billed separately from the Property.
Taxes on Personal Property. To pay promptly when due all taxes which may be imposed upon Xxxxxx’s Property in the Premises to whomever assessed.
