Certificate Awarded Clause Samples

The 'Certificate Awarded' clause defines the conditions under which a certificate is granted to a participant or party upon completion of specified requirements. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria that must be met—such as successful completion of a course, training, or project milestones—and may specify the form and timing of the certificate's issuance. Its core practical function is to provide clear expectations and formal recognition of achievement, ensuring both parties understand when and how certification will be awarded.
