Certificate from Officers. The Buyer shall deliver to the Seller a certificate signed by the Buyer and addressed to the Seller dated as of the Closing to the effect that the statements set forth in paragraph (a) and (b) above in this Section are true and correct.
Certificate from Officers. The Company shall have delivered to Buyer a certificate of the Company's President and Chief Financial Officer dated as of the Closing to the effect that the statements set forth in paragraph (a) and (b) above in this Section 6.1 are true and correct.

Certificate from Officers. ONEOK shall have delivered to Northern Border a certificate of ONEOK's Chief Financial Officer dated as of the Closing to the effect that the statements set forth in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) above in this Section 7.2 are true and correct.

Certificate from Officers. The NBP Partnerships shall have delivered to ONEOK a certificate of Northern Border's Chief Financial and Accounting Officer dated as of the Closing to the effect that the statements set forth in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) above in this Section 7.1 are true and correct.
