Certificate Misuse a) Centre for Assessment Ltd will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that there is no misuse of their certificate in customer advertising, etc. The customer must only use the Certification Marks as appropriate to their assessed scope of registration. Customer registered by Centre for Assessment Ltd will not use its certification in any manner or make any statement as to bring the standard or Centre for Assessment Ltd into disrepute.

Certificate Misuse. IsoComply Limited will provide written guidance and take all reasonable precautions to ensure that there is no misuse of its certificate, certification or accreditation marks or logos. The client undertakes only to use IsoComply Limited’s logo and certification marks or accreditation marks as appropriate to its audited scope of registration and relevant standards or specifications. The client must not use certification marks or accreditation marks in such a manner that would bring IsoComply Limited and/or the certification system and/or the Accreditation Body into disrepute. The client must not make any false claims regarding the scope of certification issued.

  • Medical Certificates (a) An employee who has given the Employer notice of their intention to take paid or unpaid parental leave, or unpaid partner leave shall provide the Employer with a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner naming the employee, or the employee’s partner, confirming the pregnancy and estimated date of birth.

  • Required Certificates ‌ Where the Employer requires an employee to be qualified to perform first aid duties, or required to hold certificates or licences, the cost of renewing the required certificate(s) will be borne by the Employer. Time spent at the course for certificates will be considered time worked and will be compensated at the appropriate rate of pay.
