CERTIFICATE OF COMMENCEMENT DATE AND EXPIRATION DATE. Upon request by either Landlord or Tenant, both parties shall execute and deliver a certificate setting forth the actual Commencement Date and Expiration Date, if either or both of such dates is other than as set forth in Section 3.01 or if necessary for any other reason.
