Certificate of Corporate Status. The Contractor must submit to SCS, within thirty (30) days from the date of execution of this Contract, a certificate of status in the name of the Contractor, which certifies the following: that the Contractor is organized under the law of the State of Tennessee; that all fees and penalties have been paid; that the Contractor’s/Grantee’s most recent annual report has been filed; that its status is inactive; and that the Contractor has not filed an Article of Dissolution.
