The Contractor’s intentional failure to comply with its obligations in this Article may result in a finding of non-responsiveness, non-responsibility and/or a breach of contract, leading to administrative action by the Corporation, including without limitation the withholding of funds pending receipt of the required M/WBE documentation, suspension or termination of this Agreement or such other actions as allowed by this Agreement and applicable law.
