The contractor agrees that to the extent required by Public Law 87-653, as amended, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as amended (including amendments promulgated by Federal Acquisition Circulars, but not yet included in FAR), it shall furnish cost or pricing data, as defined in FAR (including subcontractor and prospective subcontractor cost or pricing data) to the Contracting Officer where the aggregate of the prices inserted on the order exceeds $750,000.00 and shall furnish for such order a Certificate of Current Cost or Pricing Data in the form set forth below and such subcontractor Certificate of Current Cost or Pricing Data (in substantially the same form as set forth below) for subcontracts and purchase orders in excess of $750,000.00 as are required to be furnished pursuant to the aforementioned regulation.
