CERTIFICATES FOR PAYMENT. 10.4.1 The Design Professional will, within seven (7) days after receipt of the CM/GC’s Application for Payment, electronically approve a Certificate for Payment, for such amount as the Design Professional determines is properly due, or electronically reject and notify the CM/GC and Owner in writing of the Design Professional’s reasons for withholding certification in whole or in part as provided in Section 10.5.1.
