Certificates of Agent. If any Lender claims reimbursement or compensation under this Article 4, Agent shall determine the amount thereof and shall deliver to the Borrower (with a copy to the affected Lender) a certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the amount payable to the affected Lender, and such certificate shall be conclusive and binding on the Borrower in the absence of manifest error.
Certificates of Agent. The Borrower shall pay the Agent or such Lender the amount shown as due on any such certificate within 10 Business Days after receipt thereof.

The Borrowers shall pay such Lender the amount shown as due on any such certificate within 30 days after receipt thereof.
