Certificates of Insurance and Other Requirements. Before the Contract is signed, and not less than 20 days before the insurance expiration date every year thereafter, the Contractor must provide evidence that Xxxxxxx County and its agents, officers, and employees are listed as additional insureds under each commercial general liability and commercial automobile liability policy. The Contractor must provide Xxxxxxx County Administrator with all applicable certificates of insurance verifying insurance coverage or providing satisfactory evidence of self-insurance as required in Section 3.1, Liability Insurance. Each certificate must be on the standard "accord" form or equivalent and MUST CONTAIN THE APPLICABLE CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER. Each certificate must be prepared and submitted by the insurer and must contain a provision indicating that the coverage afforded will not be cancelled, materially changed, or not renewed without 30 days prior notice, except for 10 days for nonpayment of premium, to Xxxxxxx County Administrator.
