Before the Contract is signed, and not less than 20 days before the insurance expiration date every year thereafter, the Contractor must provide evidence that Xxxxx XXXX and its agents, officers, and employees are listed as additional insured’s under each commercial general liability and commercial automobile liability policy. The Contractor must provide Xxxxx XXXX Administrator with all applicable certificates of insurance verifying insurance coverage or providing satisfactory evidence of self-insurance as required in Section 6.1, Liability Insurance. Each certificate must be on the standard "accord" form or equivalent and MUST CONTAIN THE APPLICABLE CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER
