Certificates; Policies. LICENSEE will forthwith after the obtaining ---------------------- of such insurance required by Section 8.3, obtain and deliver to TUFTS certificates of and copies of, and at all times thereafter deliver without further demand replacement certificates and copies of, all such insurance policies that are in force and effect, as reasonably requested by TUFTS.
Certificates; Policies. Licensee will forthwith after the obtaining of such insurance required by Section 9.a. above, obtain and deliver to Licensor certificates of and copies of, and at all times thereafter deliver without further demand replacement certificates and copies of, all such insurance policies that are in force and effect, as reasonably requested by Licensor.

A copy of each insurance policy or certificate thereof, issued by a responsible and solvent corporation or association authorized to issue such policy or policies under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall be delivered to the Lessor prior to the execution of this Lease. If at any time any of the policies shall be or become unsatisfactory to the Lessor, as to limits of coverage or if any of the carriers issuing such policies shall be or become unsatisfactory to the Lessor, the Lessor and Xxxxxx shall negotiate a reasonable new and satisfactory policy in replacement thereof.

As often as is reasonably requested by Clarx, XXDOX will furnish to Clarx x xomplete list, statement, and description of all insurance called for in this Article, together with certificates and copies of policies for each insurance company issuing any thereof, that such insurance in is full force and effect, that all premiums have been paid, and that such insurance will not be canceled except upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Clarx.
