Common use of Certification Changes Clause in Contracts

Certification Changes. a. Where a teacher already on staff satisfactorily completes training programs and where the teacher makes application for certification change, the resulting change in certification shall be effective from the first day of the month immediately following the receipt of the date on the official transcript for the training program. b. It is the responsibility of the teacher to notify forthwith the Human Resources Department of any change in certification and to have the change in certification verified.
