Certification of Achievement Relative to Performance Goal. As soon as practicable after the end of a Performance Period but in any event within ninety (90) days after the end of such Performance Period, the Administrator shall certify the extent to which the Performance Goal has been achieved with respect to the applicable Performance Period.
