Certification of Amounts Due. Whenever requested by the Owner, the Design-Builder shall submit a sworn statement certifying all amounts then due (or yet to become due) the Design-Builder for the Design-Build Work (or any portion thereof) and describing any payment or other dispute which may exist between the Design-Builder and any Subcontractor.
