Common use of Certification of grading Clause in Contracts

Certification of grading. All applications for written evidence of compliance with the terms of this Agreement for any part of the Lands shall be accompanied by a certification to the Township from a Civil Engineer registered with Professional Engineers Ontario or Ontario Land Surveyor using the form of certification attached hereto as Form 1 which confirms that the building constructed and the grading of the land to be released, is in conformity with the applicable Township’s servicing standards, the Individual Lot Plan referred to in Article 7.3, and the Approved Grading Plan referred to in Article 7.1 and that any variance from the plan has received the prior approval of the Township Engineer.
