Acceptance During Winter Months. The Municipality will not be required to provide Certificates of Preliminary or Final Acceptance during the winter months or any other time of year when inspection of the Works is impractical due to snow cover or other adverse conditions.

Acceptance During Winter Months. The Township may not issue Preliminary or Final Acceptance during the months of December, January, February or March in each year based on weather conditions or at any other time when inspection of services is impractical in the sole opinion of the Township.
Acceptance During Winter Months. The Township will not provide a Preliminary or Final Acceptance certificate during the months of December, January, February or March in each year or at any other time when inspection of services is impractical.   • Refund During Cooling-Off Period The PEI will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties. The Student will be refunded the highest percentage (stated in Schedule D) of the fees already paid if the Student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the PEI within the cooling-off period, regardless of whether the Student has started the course or not.

The test of just cause for rejection shall be a test of suitability of the probationary employee for continued employment in the position to which they have been appointed, provided that the factors involved in suitability could reasonably be expected to affect work performance.

  • Work During Vacation Should an employee who has commenced his scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the Hospital to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times his basic straight time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which he has so worked.
