Certification of License. 3.18.15.1 Contractor certifies that as of the date of execution of this Contract, Contractor has a current contractor’s license of the classification indicated below under Contractor’s signature. 3.18.15.2 Contractors are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractors’ State License Board which has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against contractors if a complaint regarding a patent act or omission is filed within four (4) years of the date of the alleged violation. A complaint regarding a latent act or omission pertaining to structural defects must be filed within ten (10) years of the date of the alleged violation. Any questions concerning a contractor may be referred to the Registrar, Contractors’ State License Board, P.O. Box 26000, Sacramento, California 95826.

  • Termination of License 3.2.1 The Bank shall have, in the event of the Customer’s breach of or default under this Agreement and/ or the Bank being of the view that the Customer is not co-operating and/or complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a right to terminate this Agreement and the license granted hereunder, after issuing to the Customer a prior written notice of not less than 3 (three) months by registered post or speed post (and also by (i) email where email id of the Customer is available; and (ii) SMS and/or WhatsApp where the mobile phone number of the Customer is available) (“Termination Notice”).

  • Duration of licenses Licenses granted on a subscription basis expire at the end of the applicable subscription period unless renewed. Licenses granted for metered Products billed periodically based on usage continue as long as Customer continues to pay for its usage of the Product. All other licenses become perpetual upon payment in full.

  • Scope of License You are only permitted to use the Software on supported Apple mobile or hardware devices that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
