Common use of Certification of Performance of Work Clause in Contracts

Certification of Performance of Work. On or before December 31, 2019, the Discharger shall submit a report, under penalty of perjury, stating that the SEP has been completed in accordance with the terms of this Stipulation including Exhibits C and D. Documentation may include photographs, invoices, receipts, certifications, and other materials reasonably necessary for the Regional Water Board to evaluate the completion of the SEP and the costs incurred by the Discharger.

Certification of Performance of Work. On or before December 31, 2019Within 30 days of completing the SEP, the Discharger or SFEI shall submit a report, under penalty of perjury, perjury a report to the Regional Water Board stating that the SEP has been completed in accordance with the terms of this Stipulation including Exhibits C and D. Documentation Order. Such documentation may include photographs, invoices, receipts, certifications, and other materials reasonably necessary for the Regional Water Board to evaluate verify the SEP’s completion of the SEP and the costs incurred by the Dischargercosts.

On or before December 31, 20191 March 2018, the Discharger shall submit a report, submitted under penalty of perjuryperjury of the laws of the state, stating that the SEP has been completed in accordance with the terms of this Stipulation including Exhibits C and D. Documentation Settlement Agreement. Such documentation may include photographs, invoices, receipts, certifications, and other materials reasonably necessary for the Regional Central Valley Water Board to evaluate the completion of the SEP and the costs incurred by the Discharger.
