Certification Scheme. The Certification Scheme which is designed to certify conformity in accordance with a Standard using a quality system complying with the requirements of accreditation. • Mark of Conformity/ Q mark – A mark owned by NSF Certification and applied by an Approved Producer to letterheads, promotional materials or other item in accordance with the QMark rules indicating that the producer is certified by NSF Certification. • Statement of Conformity – A document issued by an Approved Producer to a customer confirming the products supplied have been produced in accordance with and meets the certification scheme standards. This document may also carry the Mark of Conformity. • Scheme Regulations – The document which contains the details of how the certification standard shall be operated by the Certification Body.

Certification Scheme. 3.1 Care Certification International (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall: a. issue the Certificate for a period of three years unless stated otherwise by Care Certification International (M) Sdn. Bhd. b. give due notice of any intended changes relating to the regulations of the scheme and the organization shall be given reasonable time to carry out the necessary adjustments. And this will be verified during the next audit e.g. surveillance or re-certification. c. ensure that information of a confidential nature, other than in the public domain, disclosed to Care Certification International (M) Sdn. Bhd. or her nominated representatives in the process of assessment and surveillance are not disclosed to any other party. d. charge fees in accordance with approved schedule of fees to cover the cost of administering the Certification Scheme. e. CCI shall inform the client on any requirements of Accreditation Body presence. 3.2 The Certificate may be withdrawn by Care Certification International (M) Sdn. Bhd. if certified organization has failed to meet these terms and conditions or other requirements of the Certification Scheme.
Certification Scheme. The certification scheme consists of the applicable Standard(s) and any other requirements set forth in the NAT Quality System, Contract, and Licensing Agreement. The product to be certified shall conform to the protocol and requirements outlined in the applicable certification scheme and Standard(s).
Certification Scheme. 10.1 Either party may, at any time on not less than 30 days’ notice, revise this Schedule 1 by replacing it with any applicable controller to processor standard clauses or similar terms forming party of an applicable certification scheme (which shall apply when replaced by attachment to this agreement).

  • Tax Certification If Contractor is a taxable entity as defined by Chapter 171, Texas Tax Code, then Contractor certifies it is not currently delinquent in the payment of any taxes due under Chapter 171, Contractor is exempt from the payment of those taxes, or Contractor is an out‑of‑state taxable entity that is not subject to those taxes, whichever is applicable.

  • Debarment Certification The Contractor, by signature to this Contract, certifies that the Contractor is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded by any Federal department or agency from participating in transactions (Debarred). The Contractor also agrees to include the above requirement in any and all Subcontracts into which it enters. The Contractor shall immediately notify DSHS if, during the term of this Contract, Contractor becomes Debarred. DSHS may immediately terminate this Contract by providing Contractor written notice if Contractor becomes Debarred during the term hereof.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Company hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace at the Project Location. The Company will give written notice to the IEDC within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Company, or an employee of the Company in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of payments under the Agreement, termination of the Agreement and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in the Agreement is in excess of $25,000.00, the Company agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by: A. Publishing and providing to all of its employees a statement notifying them that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the Company’s workplace, and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition;

  • Required Certification Contractor must include with any request for reimbursement from the JBE a certification that Contractor is not seeking reimbursement for costs incurred to assist, promote, or deter union organizing. If Contractor incurs costs or makes expenditures to assist, promote or deter union organizing, Contractor will maintain records sufficient to show that no reimbursement from the JBE was sought for these costs, and Contractor will provide those records to the Attorney General upon request.
