Contractor and its subcontractor(s) shall keep accurate certified payroll records of workers using the Public Work Payroll Reporting Form, including the certification (DIR Form A-1-131 or current version) and shall electronically submit certified payroll records directly to the Labor Commissioner weekly and within ten (10) days of any request by the District or the Labor Commissioner.
