Cessation of Business Any Obligor suspends or ceases to carry on (or threatens to suspend or cease to carry on) all or a material part of its business.
Termination for Catastrophe In event of Catastrophic Damage, this contract may be modified un- der B8.32, following rate redetermination under B3.32, or terminated under this Subsection. Such termination shall not be considered a termination under B8.34.
Cessation A Person shall cease to be a General Partner upon the transfer of its entire interest in the Partnership or upon any event of withdrawal set forth in the Act. Prohibition on Use of Public Funds for Political Activity In performing the Services, Contractor shall comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12G, which prohibits funds appropriated by the City for this Agreement from being expended to participate in, support, or attempt to influence any political campaign for a candidate or for a ballot measure. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12G.
TERMINATION BY DISTRICT FOR CAUSE Contractor shall be in default of its obligations pursuant to this Contract, and District may terminate Contractor’s right to perform the Work for cause, if: (a) Contractor refuses or fails to perform the Work or any component thereof in accordance with this Contract, including, but not limited to, the Contract Documents; (b) Contractor refuses or fails to perform any portion of the Work within the time required; (c) the Work is not, or reasonably will not be, fully completed within the contract time; (d) Contractor persistently or repeatedly refuses or fails to supply enough properly skilled workers and/or proper materials;
