Cessation of Rights and Obligations. If this Agreement is terminated by the City pursuant to and in accordance with Section 11.4, the rights, duties and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall cease as of the date of such termination, except only for those rights and obligations that expressly survive the termination of this Agreement. In such event, any and all benefits, including money received by the City prior to the date of termination, shall be retained by the City.
Cessation of Rights and Obligations. Survival of Certain Provisions. On the date of expiration or earlier termination of the Employment Term for any reason, all of the respective rights, duties, obligations and covenants of the parties, as set forth herein, shall, except as specifically provided herein to the contrary, cease and become of no further force or effect as of the date of said termination, and shall only survive as expressly provided for herein.
Cessation of Rights and Obligations. Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to Clauses 10 hereof, or upon expiration of this Contract pursuant to Clause 3 hereof, all rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall cease, except
(a) Such rights and obligations as may have accrued on the date of termination or expiration,
(b) The obligation of confidentiality set forth in Clause 16 hereof,
(c) Any right which a Party may have under the Applicable Law.
Cessation of Rights and Obligations. Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to Clauses GC 3.2.2 or GC 3.2.9 hereof, or upon expiration of this Contract pursuant to Clause GC 3.2.4 hereof, all rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall cease, except:
(a) such rights and obligations as may have accrued on the date of termination or expiration;
(b) the obligation of confidentiality set forth in Clause GC 3.3.3 hereof;
(c) the Agency' obligation to permit inspection, copying and auditing of their accounts and records set forth in Clause GC 3.3.6 hereof; and
(d) Any right which a Party may have under the Applicable Law.
Cessation of Rights and Obligations. Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to Clauses GCC 12 or GCC 19 hereof, or upon expiration of this Contract pursuant to Clause GCC14, all rights and obligations of the Parties here under shall cease, except (i) such rights and obligations as may have accrued on the date of termination or expiration, (ii) the obligation of confidentiality set forth in Clause GCC22, (iii) the Consultant's obligation to permit in section, copying and auditing of their accounts and records set forth in Clause GCC25, and (iv) any right which a Party may have under the Applicable Law.

Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to Clauses GCC 2.2 or GCC 2.9 hereof, or upon expiration of this Contract pursuant to Clause GCC 2.4 hereof, all rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall cease, except (i) such rights and obligations as may have accrued on the date of termination or expiration, (ii) the obligation of confidentiality set forth in Clause GCC 3.3 hereof, (iii) the Service Provider’s obligation to permit the Trust or its designated representative for copying and auditing of Dr.YSR Aarogyasri accounts and records set forth in Clause GCC 3.6(ii) hereof, and (iv) any right which a party may have under the Applicable Law.

Upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to Clauses 2.2 or 2.9 hereof, or upon expiration of this Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.4 hereof, all rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall cease, except (i) such rights and obligations as may have accrued on the date of termination or expiration, (ii) the obligation of confidentiality set forth in Clause 3.3 hereof, (iii) the Consultant’s obligation to permit inspection, copying and auditing of their accounts and records set forth in Clause 3.6 hereof, and (iv) any right which a Party may have under the Applicable Law.

Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to Clauses GCC 2.2 or GCC 2.9 hereof, or upon expiration of this Contract pursuant to Clause GCC 2.4 hereof, all rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall cease, except (i) such rights and obligations as may have accrued on the date of termination or expiration, (ii) the obligation of confidentiality set forth in Clause GCC 3.3 hereof, (iii) the Service Provider’s obligation to permit the Trust or its designated representative for copying and auditing of Dr.NTR Vaidya Seva accounts and records set forth in Clause GCC 3.6(ii) hereof, and (iv) any right which a party may have under the Applicable Law.

Cessation of Rights and Obligations. Upon termination of this Concession Agreement pursuant to GC Clause 2.6 or upon expiration of this Concession Agreement pursuant to GC Clause 2.3 hereof, as the case may be, all rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall cease, except (i) such rights and obligations as may have accrued on the date of termination or expiration, as the case may be, including its right to claim and recover money, damages and other rights and remedies which it may have in law or Concession Agreement (ii) the obligation of confidentiality set forth in GC Clause 3.3 hereof, and (iii) recourse to arbitration and indemnity obligations; and (iv) any other right which a Party may have under the Applicable Laws.
