– CFEA AND EMPLOYEE RIGHTS. A. Use of School Buildings The CFEA and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings, upon written request and approval from the administrator, at all reasonable hours, for meetings, provided that when custodial service is required, the CFEA will pay the actual cost of the CFEA requested and/or required custodial services. No charge shall be made for use of school rooms during normal school open hours. Said charge shall be the actual cost incurred by the Board of Education.
